Art Project Manager

Ghost House was an emotional and mysterious point and click narrative game that was created by ATEC Game Lab (2022), a class simulating a game studio. Our game follows a grief-stricken family from the POV of a friendly ghost. Your decisions will either help heal or break this family! As the Art Project Manager, I was in charge of delegating 300+ assets to 12 artists during our 4-month production. Our end goal as the art team was to have all polished art implemented while following our creative director's vision.
My main duties as the Art Project Manager included delegating weekly tasks via ShotGrid, checking in with all artists twice a week, reporting issues to the art lead, documenting meeting notes, tutorials, and naming/turn-in conventions, and coordinating with all departments. 
Our entire art team managed to finish all prop and character art by 05/18 two weeks before the deadline so the environment artists can put the final touches during the last two weeks.
